1. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that may damage or disrupt it

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site

  • Share false, misleading, or harmful information via our forms or contact channels

All content on this site—including photos, designs, text, graphics, and logos—is the property of Yvette’s Balloon Designs or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

 

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed at least [insert lead time] in advance.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

4. No Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our services and the preparation required for each event, we cannot offer refunds once your order is confirmed. If you need to reschedule due to weather, venue changes, or other factors, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you based on availability.

 

5. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery and setup are available within a 3 mile radius of Pasadena, CA. Delivery outside this area may incur additional fees.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring access to the venue during the agreed time.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, restricted access).

 

6. Photo & Video Disclaimer

By purchasing or attending an event serviced by Yvette’s Balloon Designs, you consent to being photographed or recorded, and you grant us the right to use photos and videos that may include you or your event decor for marketing and promotional purposes on social media, our website, and other platforms. If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing before the event.

 

7. Damages & Liability

You are responsible for any damage to balloon installations after delivery and setup. We are not liable for:

  • Balloons affected by weather, heat, or sharp objects after setup

  • Allergic reactions or other health issues triggered by latex or materials used

  • Any indirect or incidental damages related to our services

 

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • All changes must be requested in writing at least 5 days before your event.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances outside our control. In such cases, a credit may be issued toward a future booking.

 

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
